I had planned to travel to Tate Britain from Luton Airport at some point, so I took a company cab for the trip. I first booked it online, and it was quickly accepted. British art collections are incredible. The Turner Rooms alone could constitute a museum. Rothko murals are currently on display close to Turner at the time of my visit, but the lighting is too dim to fully appreciate them. Obviously, this is done for conservation purposes, but I wish there was another option. During my visit, the Hew Locke Procession was also taking place (Tate commission). impressive and considerate. a very well-run museum! excellent artwork, especially Turner's pieces! I'm overjoyed to be able to view so many of Turner's creations from various eras!

The staff at the museum is knowledgeable and accommodating. All collections are open to the public for free! No reservations are required. However, as of January 2022, Tate Britain is fully operational again, but you must reserve your tickets online in advance. Masks are also required. The majority of the shifting permanent collection can be viewed without a fee, but there are typically two special exhibitions that charge a fee. Hogarth in Europe was a standout exhibition in January 2022 and was highly recommended. The majority of the images come from this exhibition. Visit the Tate Britain today if you can. Contrary to popular belief, now may be the best time to visit because fewer people are there. Here, there is a lot to see. The exhibition Life Between Islands is fascinating, thought-provoking, and masterfully presented.

At the same time as Between Islands, Hogarth is featured in another outstanding exhibition at Tate Britain.
